Our Story

At Play and Paint Co, we believe anyone can become an artist - no experience, no expectations and no perfect plan required. All you need is a willingness to play, create and see where the colours take you. 

 

We are a young husband and wife who moved to Australia 10 years ago and found our new home here in Perth. We love having fun, enjoying life, laughing often and creating meaningful memories that stay with us long after the moment has passed.

 

The idea for Play and Paint Co started while we were visiting family in Europe. A piece of art on the wall caught our attention. It was bold, beautiful and completely unique. To our surprise, it had been created using a special technique that was nothing like traditional painting. That moment sparked our curiosity, and we started researching, learning and experimenting with different ways to create art through colour, movement and flow.

We created a couple of masterpieces ourselves and instantly fell in love with the process. It was exciting, messy, surprising and freeing - the kind of activity that makes you forget about everyday life for a little while and simply enjoy the moment. When we returned to Perth, we realised there was no place where people could experience the same creative freedom we had discovered. So we set out to create a space where people could come together, get messy and experience art in a completely different way.

That is how Play and Paint Co was born.

 

We are a creative art studio in Northbridge, Perth, where kids, teens and adults can enjoy a hands-on art experience using colour, movement and imagination. No experience is needed. Our studio is a place to relax, experiment and enjoy the process without pressure.

 

Our studio is all about creativity, connection and self-expression.
